Carter & Carter was formed in 1974 when James Oliver Carter joined his father’s practice. Oliver Carter, Jr., was licensed in 1931 and practiced in Wilmington from 1953 until 1982. James Oliver Carter continued the practice and was joined by Oliver Carter III in 2009. We advise our clients about their goals in the context of their legal rights and duties.
